In a David V Goliath scenario, J Daniels & Associates has had a huge victory against Brenda Wade who was represented by Consumer Action Law Centre by their lawyer Ursula Noye who was the lead Solicitor with the backing of Gerard Brody.

This Mum & Dad type business has endured constant harassment and bullying and have finally been vindicated in a historical court case that proves bullies with agenda’s do not always win.
Findings have been handed down in a devastating manner against Brenda Wade where the judge has awarded J Daniels & Associates legal costs in a case.
It is expected that vulnerable clients who have limited knowledge and experience rely of companies like J Daniels & Associates to assist them with negotiating with banks/financial institutions so they do not take advantage of them.
Brenda Wade was a gambler, not a reliable witness and her evidence was contradictory.
J Daniels & Associates did not mislead Brenda Wade in any capacity
Judge O’Bryan rejected the majority of evidence by Brenda Wade.
Brenda Wade is now in legal proceedings issued against her after being cross examined for allegedly being paid to accept numerous appointments as a Director. Consumer Action Law Centre having known that this information beforehand and that it would be revealed in court, continued with the case.
In Judge O’Bryans view, the services provided by J Daniels & Associates were provided with due skill and care and were appropriate.
CONCLUSION BY JUDGE O’BRYAN – In conclusion, I dismiss Ms Wade’s claim that JDA engaged in misleading or deceptive conduct.
The allegation of unconscionable conduct has no foundation.
SUMMARY: J Daniels & Associates helps clients who do not have the knowledge or the ability to obtain what they are entitled to from the bank/financial institution when they are in hardship.
Banks/Financial Institutions do not offer or tell the client everything they are entitled to and it is up to the client to know and ask for it. This is why Advocates like J Daniels & Associates are of the utmost importance to help vulnerable clients when in a situation of hardship to obtain the maximum they are entitled to.
This case was brought against J Daniels & Associates by Brenda Wade who was represented by Consumer Action Law Centre. J Daniels & Associates has had 2 previous cases and 3 including this one with Consumer Law Action Centre
1. 1st Case – It was settled without any admission of liability by both parties with no costs either way. (They have left the misleading link which is a total misrepresentation of the case and is bordering on knowingly blatantly lying on their website even though it was settled by both parties without admission of liability by either parties and J Daniels & Associates have had no opportunity of challenging the validity of what they have said on their website).
2. 2nd Case – It was settled, with Consumer Law Action Centre paying the costs from their own pocket for J Daniels & Associates legal fees
3. 3rd Case – J Daniels had a convincing win and were awarded 50% of their costs
Consumer Action Law Centre has written articles and made submissions to parliament with disparaging remarks about J Daniels & Associates. They have even used J Daniels & Associates in a submission to parliament about “Debt Vultures”. The definition of the term Debt Vultures and what they do is completely different from what they do but they still label them that.
We will let you decide after having read all the compelling evidence, whether they have an agenda against J Daniels & Associates or not and whether their real motive is to knock out competition from Mum & Dad Businesses using tax payer’s money so they get more clients using their competing service as clients will have less options if there is less competition.
